Question about Polycom VSX 7000 Video Conference
From the web interface a system restart was performed. The system never restarted. Next, the power was turned off and disconnected for a few minutes. Power was reconnected and unit was turn back on. The power light on the front came on but the system never started up.
Hopefully the problem was resolved. Call Polycom to see if it under warranty. Call me at 415.659-8178 if it is not. Maybe I can help. David
