Electrical for dishwasher insallation-missing wires?

Hello,
I just had a plumber attemp to insall my frigidaire Series 200, 500, 700 800 dishwasher and he had no idea what to do with the electrical. There's a white wire and a black wire that are not hooked up to anything, and a green wire that appears to be grounded. I'm not sure what I need to get the electrical working. There isn't a plug and I'm very confused.

Thanks

Electrolux dw started with error code 3,now error code 11

Hello Denise, thank you for allowing me to assist you!

If you are receiving an error code E11, your dishwasher has detected an issue with the main control board timing out before receiving status of the drain valve. A qualified technician would pinpoint the problem by checking the wiring between both parts. If the wiring isn't the issue, he would need to determine whether the problem rest with the main control and valve. It really could be a hit or miss calculation in parts so I would personally reach out to an experienced tech that will be able to identify the precise reason.

Best of luck!

Frigidaire dishwasher error code

Hello Teresa Ann - Typically error code UO indicates that while the dishwasher is in wash cycle, the main control board is not receiving signal from the vent assembly and that the vent plunger is in a closed position. A professional will need to check the wiring between both parts and depending from the results either part may need replacing.

2-3 inches water left in bottom of dishwasher after it finishes it's cycle model DU81OCWDQ5

The model number of your dishwasher is DU810... (zero not O).

Please refer page 28 of user manual. It is normal for some water to stay at end of cycle. However, check if the air gap (if insalled) is clear. Also make sure the kitchen side of drain hose is clear.

Unless there is a fault condition shown by flashing lights, then it is pretty normal operation.

In case in future you need to refer to the parts of your dishwasher you can refer this site.

Frigidaire 4000 series dishwasher error code

This is likely an indication of a problem with the circulation pump motor under the dishwasher like maybe a bad circulation pump motor but the only way to know for sure is to do some electrical testing with a volt/ohm meter and the wiring diagram located within the appliance.

Hi linsley.

I'm Harvey the Master Plumber.

Your question is: Is there a way to adjust the closure to close the door more?

First lets back up a little . You say it's leaking dishwasher detergent ( during the wash ). Before you do anything else take a look at the type and/or amount of soap you're useing. Have you recently made a change? I have found that the problem is in this somewhere. If you don't find a solution there then consider a local pro. Unless it's old the problem isn't the gasket and the door closure is factory set. If it's still under warranty then it might be time to make a call.
