I have had a similar problem with my printer, It turns out that the aftermarket toners that I was using were using a sort of re-certified circuit board. When the chip embedded to the toner is not new some times it can not be read by the machine correctly.

Also have your pulled the cartridge and put it back in again? It is possible that the chip on the toner is not making proper contact with the printer.

59.6M PRINTER ERROR

This error indicates a problem with the magenta drum rotation motor. Remove the magenta drum unit and reseat it. Restart the printer. If the error still continues then replace the drum. You can also look in the install slot for the magenta drum to see if there is any visible damage.

141 error

From the manual --

141 -
Drum Up/Down, Color:Magenta

When the magenta drum has been detected in an abnormal position

If you have just done some maintenance on the printer, check to see if the magenta drum is properly
seated in the slot. Then also make sure that the magenta toner cartridge is mounted properly to the
drum assembly. Both have to be properly mated in the printer to avoid the error.

141: fatal error OKI Printer

This can be caused by the transfer belt damage or the contact group damage. 141 is an error of Magenta ID up/down. Possible reason though - check the place next to the belt at the right hand side near the Magenta drum location. You'll see the terminals sitting in the housing with the spring. If the housing is fell off or the spring is missing - that can cause this error. Otherways you'll need to replace the transfer belt.

51.22 is a Magenta laser scanner error.
Try removing the magenta restarting the printer and reinstalling.
If that does not work you likely need a laser assm.
You might want to call a tech. to replace.

LED Head Missing, Color:Magenta

Take out the magenta cartridge to the right upper indside wall of the printer you should be able to see a small rectangular window, give it a blow of wipe with a cloth, do the same to the corresponding part of the m toner, put the drum and toner back, shut the lid and everything should be ok. If not contact oki for a replacement drum/cart.

Magenta cartridge empty

When you take the toner cartridge off the imaging unit, is there magenta toner in the open slot of the IU? Assuming that there is nothing wrong with the toner cartridge, you are possibly looking at a bad engine control board.
