My blackberry curve shut off and will not come back on any clues?

Same as subject...my blackberry curve shut off and will not come back on any clues? My sister has a problem with her blackberry 8310 shutting off so she was sent a new one it is doing the same thing. I thought maybe it was the sim card so I tried mine in her new phone it did they same thing. When I put my sim card back in my blackberry 8310 guess what it is doing the same thing now. Hi!

It didn't happened due to the sim card. Please check for the battery connections. Also try charging your phone with a diffrent charger.

If not then get the unit replaced.

Check first that you do not have just a faulty battery.

Check first that you do not have just a faulty battery, go to a local shop and have a spare battery tested.

If the problem is instead associated with the sim card, then it may just be a defective sim card, in that case try a replacement.

Blackberry curve 8320 wont charge? Keep sayin battery drained, shutting down handheld

Have you tried different chargers?
It's either the voltage regulator in your curve or a very weak almost dead battery.
You can test the batt if you have a friend with a curve, swap batteries in your phones and if yours works again and his does what yours did, get a new battery and all is well. If yours keeps acting up with the swapped battery, it may be time to get a new phone.
