I've installed a new coloured catridge but printer

I've installed a new coloured catridge in Dell A920 but printer not printing coloured. all places were there is supposed to be colour is white. Only printing black

    i've tried cleaning the head, unistalling and reinstalling the software to no avail.

    already did that. it was done before catridge was installed.

Did u remove the peel off cover that protects the contacts or the print head on the new cartridge?

I have a Dell with Windows 7 and a Dell A920 all-in-one printer which I have tried to print with. It's saying there is no printer. What's the problem?

I can't get the red to print and supposedly their is red ink in the cartridge


make sure all the catridges are proper if possible then replce it and re install the printer driver also.

My Dell A920 printer will not print the color blue. I've replaced the ink, 2 times. Changed the quality of print to "Best" and still get only the reds & yellows... Any ideas?

-try the old cartridge if it will print the correct colour; the problem is the cartridge; otherwise it is the printer.

A920 printer will not print in color & the cartridge is OK


is there any more colour ink inside? if there is ink inside you just have to open your printers properties dialog and look for a color option that uses black only. 2. see if the colors are blocked

Dell A920 Printing Problem


You should check:

1. Did you insert correct the cartridge in the holder?
2. Check if the contacts are clean in the cartridge holder, maybe something is ther and the needle-type contacts from the printer does not push right on the cartridge contacts.

Stopped printing in colour


If you don't use the color on a fairly regular basis (once a day), the cartridge tends to dry out and plug up. You can try and wipe the cartridge outlets with a damp cloth or even use a little alcohol, and run the cleaning feature several times, but may well have to just replace the cartridge.

just remove the colour catridge and then see is it working with single catridge .
