Problem for HP iPAQ RX3115 Pocket PC
Ipaq rx-3115 stops at align screen after reset

My ipaq locks up after resetting. Will not go past align screen. Seems to be receptive to touches. It does sync with activesync and computer and I have upgraded the ROM.

This happened to me and i got so mad that i broke the screen. But that was a good idea because then i got a new screen and now it works fine. Just get another screen and it should work fine. or you can just get the digitizer part and swap out your LCD parts.
