I have been searching as well, to date, it still won't power on even after replacing the battery, getting a charger and charging the old battery. I also used the reset button and no help. I asked Grundig / Eton for help a couple of times and no response. Very disappointing, it is like Grundig isn't around any more or won't support their own products any more.

If you are not getting any carrier signal on the G2 after you insert the SIM then the SIM might be faulty.

Try swapping the monitors inputs. if the other speaker starts popping on the same output it'll show that the mixer may have a problem. otherwise return for repair.below is a link to the manual. check out the troubleshooting section pg 13

Machine won't turn off after grinding beans. have to unplug it and wait 20 seconds before repluging it to stop.

Just replace the relay which drives the grinder.

My Grundig S350 won't turn on. I have replaced the batteries and hit the reset button and still nothing. Please help.

Its Deluxe Version the S350 DL can use two types of batteries: D-size or AA. Inside the battery compartment there is a switch to select the size in use. If you use the AA sie batteries, they will not hold in their locations unless you lower a flap and secure them.
Have you tried to power the radio with the adaptor?

Grundig GR1000 DVD won't eject. Motor makes whirring noise but no action.

It could be either a gear or belt driven motor, you need to remove the top cover to check. If it is belt driven you can replace the belt make sure to take the sample with. If it is gear driven you need to replace the whole carrige unit.

You need to replace the electrolytic caps on nthe power supply board, or just replace the power supply,check at partstpore.com
