How hard is to replace a heater element on a BEKO wm5140s washing machine! cheers Brian

Fairly easy.disconnect mains drain any surplus water via drain bottom front of machine.access to the heating element is from below so tip machine from one side against wall at45degrees.... I normally use a towel on bottom edge to stop it sliding whilst I unscrew any bottom will see the heating element housed at the base of drum unit.disconnect wires and unbolt or unscrew element housing .youtube has tutorials on this but many machines are similar in thus respect.good luck

Have Beko WME7247W Washing Machine problem. On full wash the mc loads water then stops. Timer does not progress. Water does not heat. Drum does not turn. On Spin and Drain cycle pump works but spin does...

I had a similar sort of problem, and finally called a Beko engineer out. The machine was pushed too far back and had either blocked the water pipe, or waste pipe.... can't remember which, but simply pulling the machine out by an inch cured the problem!

Beko washing machine stuck midcylce full of water nothing happening?

Hi ghutton697,

I believe your drain motor is not draining the water. This has to happen before your unit will go to the spin cycle.

Please read the following tip, on how to clean the filter (It might just be an obstruction of some kind)

If this does not help, you might need to replace the drain pump - as it may have become defective.

Kind Regards

* I really hope this solution helped you, if it did please rate it.
