Re: Not receiving the tunked freq.
You didn't mention a scanner model or the type trunk system that you're working with. If you've entered a digital system into an analog scanner it won't receive the signals you're after, and some EDACS trunk systems have a security feature that will cause scanners to completely ignore in-use frequencies. For detailed information on your scanner and the systems that are active in your area, I recommend that you join www.RadioReference.com You can view or participate in owners' forums for your scanner and also gain access to a massive frequency/system database. Depending on your scanner model you might also be able to download and automatically program those systems and frequencies. Programming software is available from www.ScannerMaster.com, and cost ranges from about $30 to $70 .
I hope that this info helps. If it does, please take a moment to post a rating for me. A rating of "Very Helpful" would be appreciated.

http://www.police-scanner.info/ is one site that offers frequencies. the easiest way though is to go to Radio Shack and purchase the scanner frequency book for your state. another alternative is to go to your book store and get the book. If you do a google search for scanner frequencies, sometimes you can get them for free. You might also contact friends who have scanners in your area and get the frequencies from them. The FCC lists all the scanner frequencies, as the people who use them, police, fire, ambulance and also coast guard, are all licensed and this is public info. so google the fcc and check there. I have several scanners and this is how I got my freqs.
Not sure what kind of scanner you have, but on my Lexmark, I have to push the scan button on the printer to scan. It then downloads the application list to the scanner, and scans. After it scans, then the Lexmark Imaging Studio (the downloaded program on the computer) comes up on the computer screen, and received the scan. Not knowing what kind of scanner you have, I can only explain in generalities. Good luck, and hope this helps.
the device has a special mode for downloading the project. You would need to go to the menu on the P360, activate the mode and put it to the cradle.
You can also scan a special barcode Load New MCL-Designer Application to activate the mode, please find it at the page 1-4 at http://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=3769004apdf Please make sure that your program in the MCL project is not larger then 4K. MCL has a limit of 4K for any program in a project including the main program.
Make sure that the computer you are using meets the criteria for the program with both the operating system and hardware. If so, try un-installing the camera software and then re-installing it. Beyond this, the problem can become a little complicated and require you to call the tech support from Nikon. They should know what it required to make their program function properly.
