Testimonial: "ok i will try that"
this is actually a wide spread problem with the ipod touch. First you can try to reboot the unit hold home and sleep button for 10 seconds till you see the apple logo, while making sure to ignore the power off slider. this does now work in all cases or on every network. If that does not work i recommend upgrading to the latest software or restoring the settings back to factory then upgrading. But please be sure to backup your library as you will lose data when restoring to factory settings.
If you need further assistance please feel free to follow up with a comment and i will be here to assist you. If this assisted you please feel free to rate the solution. thanks and have a great day.
