I have just purchased a Benq Projector MS513P, when I plugged it all on, all was fine. I then switched it off, when I plugged it in again, it projector is not picking up my laptop, show "no signal". I then plugged in another laptop, all was fine, when switched off and switched on again, "no signal". Please help.

I have the same problem, however, my lamp wasn't replaced. Projector working great, just started today. Filter cleaned, reset lamp time, neither helped. Any luck yet?
Resetting the lamp counter
i. Press and hold the Exit 5 button on the projector for 5
seconds to display the total used lamp time.
ii. Press Auto on the projector or on the remote control to
reset the lamp hour to "0".
iii. Wait about 5 seconds to let the OSD disappear.
