if your fabric is stuck the liklihood is that the spool underneath is jammed up with threads take out spool and clear threads replace spool, it should be ok then

Back thread loose and loopy - tension

If you have the instruction manual, you might read the chapter which describes the proper adjustment for threads and fabrics.
If you do not have one, try to find it on eBay. It is the huge source of everything.

I want to adjust my serger yuki mo 2516n but i don't still have it's manual instructions

if you go to this page http://www.juki.co.jp/household_en/serger/index.html there are the current household sergers from Juki and a four page threading diagram for them showing the different stitch set ups.

If your serger is a domestic one too (the MO in front makes me think so) then you may find that the threading up is very similar on your model. Stitch length is usually a kob on the right marked from 0.5 to 4 and differential feed knob is usually there too, usually marked from -0.5 up to 1.5. Tension settings are usually around 5 but you adjust the looper tensions to suit the fabric and how wide you are trimming it with the blades.

You could contact Juki or their local distributor in your country and arrange to purchase manual for your model. http://www.juki.co.jp/household_en/dl/index.html this page gives a listing for countries.

it is also available on line to purchase as a black and white pdf file, http://www.sewusa.com/Sewing_Machine_Manuals/Juki_Manuals/Juki_Industrial_Sewing_Machine_Manuals/MO-2500_Instruction_Manual.htm for $8USD

Double needle use on Juki HZL-E80

if the machine regular needle threads front to back NOT side to side, you can use a double needle. simply pass both threads thru all the same slots (thread one at a time so they don't get twisted up) then just before the needles, leave one out of the thread guide just above the needle. you may have to loosen the top tension SLIGHTLY, like a half number. and do NOT use a zig zag stitch without first hand cranking it thru the cycle to be sure the needles clear, or you'll make a 5.00 mistake (the cost of the double needles!)

I have a Juki MO 3716 and I cannot thread it. Please help. It has four threads.

I also own a Juki MO3716. It is a five thread not a four as it has three lower looper threads. Two are fed through the front, just follow the color codes and the threading diagram on inside plate that you lower to see the threads, the third is threaded through the back and around the left side. I can send email with picture of diagram if needed. the other two threads are for the two top needles. This machine is a true safty stitch with the overedge row of serging and an inner chain stitch row for secure seaming. You can run this machine quite nicely with only three thread ( one inside needle and the two front loopers. If you need further held email me at wanmacinnes@eastlink.ca

I want to have my Juki MO-2516n do a mock safety stitch/4 thread

I have a Juki MO 2516N. It does not have the capability to serge 4 threads. The only options are 2, 3, and 5.
