Why my ram get heat in just few minits.ihave original intel motherboardwith pentium4
THE MOTHERBOARD CPU IS OVER WORKING THE MEMORY TO OVER HEAD, A FEW PROBLEMS YOU MAY HAVE IF YOU ARE OVERCLOCKING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: CPU, MOTHERBOARD, MEMORY.
COOLING IS A BIG KILLER OF PERFORMANCE
PLACING ADDITION FANS IS SYSTEM, FAN CARD TO BLOW ONTO THE MEMORY MAY HELP. REMOVING THE OUT COVER TO ALLOW MORE AIR TO MOVE AROUND IN SIDE
INSTALL SOME ADDITIONAL FFANS BLOWWING ON THE MOTHERBOARD.
MAYBE A MORE POWER IN WATTAGE IN THE POWER SUPPLY TO RUN EVERYTHING YOU CURRENTLY HAVE RUNNING IN THE MACHINE, IT MAY ONLY HAVE ENOUGH TO RUN THE MACHINE BUT IS CAUSING THE MEMORY TO OVER HEAT AND CAUSING THE MOTHERBOARD TO HEAT UP AND FLEX CAUSING THE MEMORY TO EVEN GET HOTTER.
INCREASE THE POWER WATTAGE OF THE POWER SUPPLY.
HEAT SINKS ON THE MEMORY, IF YOU ARE RUNNING WATER OR SOME TYPE OF LIQUIDE MATERAIL YOU NEED TO FIND A LQUIDE THAT HAS A HIGHER HEAT TOLERANCE. FOR BETTER COOLING SUPPLIED.

heating your ram is only natural specially when you are using your unit.
you can buy a fan for that.
but if he heat is not natural you can go to a computer shop and ask assistance for the technician.
