THE MOTHERBOARD CPU IS OVER WORKING THE MEMORY TO OVER HEAD, A FEW PROBLEMS YOU MAY HAVE IF YOU ARE OVERCLOCKING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: CPU, MOTHERBOARD, MEMORY.

COOLING IS A BIG KILLER OF PERFORMANCE
PLACING ADDITION FANS IS SYSTEM, FAN CARD TO BLOW ONTO THE MEMORY MAY HELP. REMOVING THE OUT COVER TO ALLOW MORE AIR TO MOVE AROUND IN SIDE
INSTALL SOME ADDITIONAL FFANS BLOWWING ON THE MOTHERBOARD.

MAYBE A MORE POWER IN WATTAGE IN THE POWER SUPPLY TO RUN EVERYTHING YOU CURRENTLY HAVE RUNNING IN THE MACHINE, IT MAY ONLY HAVE ENOUGH TO RUN THE MACHINE BUT IS CAUSING THE MEMORY TO OVER HEAT AND CAUSING THE MOTHERBOARD TO HEAT UP AND FLEX CAUSING THE MEMORY TO EVEN GET HOTTER.

INCREASE THE POWER WATTAGE OF THE POWER SUPPLY.

HEAT SINKS ON THE MEMORY, IF YOU ARE RUNNING WATER OR SOME TYPE OF LIQUIDE MATERAIL YOU NEED TO FIND A LQUIDE THAT HAS A HIGHER HEAT TOLERANCE. FOR BETTER COOLING SUPPLIED.

YOU NEED TO READ AN ARTICAL IN THE CUPTER POWERS USERS MAGAZINE ON PAGES44 ON COOLLT SYSTEM DOMINO A.L.C. MARCH 2009 ISSUE
IT MAY HELP YOU TO DESIDE ON WHAT LIQUIDE TO USE IN THE COMPUTER
OR
GO TO ADDRESS BAR TYPE ANYTHING YOU MAY THINK OF ABOUT THE COOLING CONFIGURATION OF THE CPU.

CPU COOLING MATERAIL, MOST EFFECTIVE MATERAIL FOR MONEY
ENTER AT FIRST I GOT 26000 HIT BUT WITH CORRECT SPELLING I ENDED UP WITH 6000
AND THE ARICLE FROM COPUTER POWER USER MAGAZINE ARTICALS

Thanks for using fixya.com

heating your ram is only natural specially when you are using your unit.
you can buy a fan for that.

but if he heat is not natural you can go to a computer shop and ask assistance for the technician.

please don't forget to rate..

thanks,

Do i have to face any heating problems with the mentioned config?

If you are NOT going to overclock the CPU and memory, it should work easy.

New C2D processors are quite cool.

Also you shoult pay attention to a good Power supply, and maybe enough big case with place for front and rear extra fans,
If you face heating problems later, you may put those two fans.

Regards.
