Ctrl+alt+del, a login screen will appear. Then type in the user field "Administrator", and if you did not create a super admin password /if you created a super admin password write that in/ then push enter. From here you can change the password for the admins or non admins.

If you gave the bad pass /which cannot be used because of the odd character/ to the super admin then you need to reinstall since you can not get in.

Password forgot r530

Option 1.
Depends on the operating system. XP or vista.

If XP:

The default Admin account might still be active. It's common for it to be.

At the windows login screen press CTRL + ALT + DELETE keys. A pop up box should appear asking for username and password.

Type in user: Administrator
Password: Keep blank, don't enter anything, just click on the login button.

If that works, then go to control panel -> users and you can change the password for your main account there.

If not, try this site: http://www.petri.co.il/forgot_administra...

The only way I know for Window Vista is Petter Nordahl-Hagen's Offline NT Password & Registry Editor
http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/

Also look at:
http://4sysops.com/archives/three-ways-t...

You could also try to crack it using http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net

Option 2.
You can enter in to that by entering into safe mode of your system...
you first enter into safe mode by pressing F8 ...
then log in and change your password or remove it.

Option 3.
best way for you is to reset your windows password. The Windows password Reset
can solve all your problem within a few minutes. Importantly,No need to call a technician, no need to re-install anything, and you certainly don't need to reformat.http://www.resetwindowspassword.com/

I locked the screen and dont know how to unlock it. The computer comes on but the screen is blank and dont show anything.

If you cannot log on to Windows by using a particular user account, but you can log on to another account that has administrative credentials, follow these steps on how to do the trick:

1. Log on to Windows by using an administrator account that has a password that you remember. You may need to start WinXP in safe mode.
(To start in 'Safe Mode', Restart machine, and press 'F8' repeatedly.)

2. One in Windows, Click Start, and then click Run.

3. In the Open box, type "control userpasswords2?, and then click OK.

4. Click the user account that you forgot the password for, and then click Reset Password.

5. Type a new password in both the New password and the Confirm new password boxes, and then click OK.

when you start the computer press F2 or F12 until the computer beeps, select safe mode, and log on as administrator, this shouldn't need a password, from this screen access the start menu and select "run", type "control userpasswords2" into the "run" box. Another box will appear and ask if you would like to change any user passwords, when you have changed the password you wish to change, reset the computer and try logging on!

Forgot username for admin acc in windows xp

Forgetting your Windows administrator login password. With no way to get into the system, you can’t even perform basic maintenance, let alone a thorough tune-up. Formatting is always an option, but we consider that a last resort. (Plus, guess who’s going to have to help reinstall all the programs lost after a wipe?) But all hope is not lost. There are a few ways to actually retrieve a lost Windows account password. Read on, and we’ll show you the light.

1st Method:
The first thing which you check if you forget login password. When we install Windows, it automatically creates an account "Administrator" and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget your user account password then try this:
Start system and when you see Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type "Administrator" (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows.
Now you can reset your account password from "Control Panel -> User Accounts".
Same thing can be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.

2th Method:
There are a lot of Windows password revealers and crackers available, but we’ve found that Windows Password Recovery Tool is the most effective.:
Windows Password Recovery Tool is one of the easiest password recovery tools to use. It allows you to reset a user account password, including the Administrator password. It is also a relatively small download.
