both the vertical and the horizontal ones are bent?.... how much would estimate the cost of repair would be? and /or is it possible to perhaps order the tracks and have them put at a window tinting place, because i've been wanting to tint my windows, as well.

Exactly what is wrong with the window? Are the vertical tracks bent, the ones that the window travels up and down on, or are the horizontal tracks on the window regulator bent? Please advise.Exactly what is wrong with the window? Are the vertical tracks bent, the ones that the window travels up and down on, or are the horizontal tracks on the window regulator bent? roll down the window track if you can.(don't jamb or put too much pressure on the window glass)Take off the door panel, gently slide the window back up & set it into the track if its not bent. If its not bent get window glue ( explain at an auto pts store) apply it on the track & let it set for however long it says. lube the sides of the window & try it a few times GENTLY. Or the glass will snap like a pretzel. If the track is bent, you need to R/R the "window transmission" Sometimes can be found used, If not, Dealer part $ GOOD LUCK
You need to have the dealer look at this, if you fool around with it you can void your warranty. Toyota looks for any legal excuse to void the warranty.
You will need to replace the window regulator most likely. Before you do that try lubricating the window tracks with spray silicone, be careful to keep it off trim it will stain plastic.
