Question about Sharp Aquos LC-37G4U 37 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
Just bought a new 32 inch Sharp LCD tv... Apparently this is a common problem: intermittently a window pops up on the (my) right corner of the screen giving me a status of the auido it switches from "Stereo" to "mono". There is no way to turn this off through the menu functions. Which blows me away. My tv is plugged into a comcast digital cable box.... which "Should" alleviate the problem but doesn't.
Im planning on getting a hi-def box from Comcast. Would this fix it? I've been getting the feeling that my current cable box is a piece of junk anyway.... Any help would be great. Thanks
Replacing the cable box may fix the problem. But, you're the 4th person to have this same problem with this SHARP TV MONO only audio.
Try system reset button on the back of the TV or the box.
