dont have original remote and the tv has a big red key in the corner. dont know how it got there now the tv wont do anything. can you help get the child lock off please I have the same problem I have a Apex TV and it had a blue screen and a little red key in the corner. I don't know how it got there and now it wont do anything, the remote don't work what can I do?
