Cannot set up BBM on blackberry

In order for you to delete the BBM you will have to go to settings ,apllication management and it will show the aplications that you have downloaded , then you can go to App World and install BBM again and then associate it with your BlackBerry ID if you want to keep your BBM contacts.

Make sure your blackberry id is valid , try accesing it from the page to make sure its up and running, you can always reset your password . You can go to us .blackberry\id and this will take you directly to the blackberry id page

i can.t get my bbm working and i don.t no how to do it

I rang up today and I fixed my problem, I was told to switch off my phone then take out my battery and sim card. When my phone was back on my bbm was working. I hope this works, as I was dissapointed that mine would not work either. Goodluck !! :)

You need to add your email to your blackberry to get emails. This can be found under email in the settings section. You wont recieve bbm messages unless you have another blackberry user in your bbm list. This is done by either giving out your pin number or entering the pin number of another blackberry into your phone.

This is usually happened when you install high ram memory application such as BBM 5.
The solution for this problem is by uninstalling your BBM 5. Maybe your BBM 5 has a bug in Java Application. That’s why when you check using diagnostic test in option menu find this warning: UNCAUGHT EXCEPTION: JAVA.LANG.ARRAY INDEX OUT OF BOUNDS EXCEPTION.
After uninstalling BBM 5 you can check now is there any problem again. If yes, the last choice is by reinstalling your Blackberry OS.
