Well many times when we move a picture or graphics on a word document, the text change their places. To avoid this, right-click on the picture, go to 'text wrapping 'send to' front or back. This will allow you to move the picture freely without affecting your texts. In other situations, you'll need to right-click picture/format/layout/behind or on front of text.
You cannot send or receive text messages with Google Voice, unless you have your own, Google-issued Google Voice telephone number. You don't -- you have a Google Voice "lite" account, which uses generic Google relay numbers instead.
If you are located within the 48 contiguous US states, then you can get your own GV number.

When you get to the part where you enter new text, use the table for entering characters from the book. It will show you how to convert the codes into text. Depending on which company you are signed up with, will decide how to send messages to a phone. Texting from your computer is relatively simple. I will use Pocket Communications as an example. First from your computer, access the internet and your cell phone provider. In my example it would be www.pocket.com. Next login to your account with your cell phone number and password. After that you will have options to navigate to different areas of your account such as pay my bill, minutes usage, left, etc.. Here you will have the option to send a text to anyone you wish, provided you have their cell phone number. Be sure to include area code. Good luck and have fun, I use it all the time.
Press the INSERT key on your keyboard while in Microsoft Word and see if that helps. I would also check the text color because if you turn your text color white, it will look like you are not typing anything but the text color and the background color are the same so you can't see your text.
search for 'headers and footers' and 'autotext'
the text in the upper left corner is called a header
autotext in a header allows you 'chapter XX' to update automatically as you type more chapters
