Hi, Sorry to say this please replace keypad crstal IC,and jumper it will work 100% ....reheat the upper components and the the whole pcb,with care,the keypad ic is same as 6600, 6630, n70, 6680, 6280 LCD IC.

you please get the puk code of your sim from service provider(airtel, vodafone etc)
with the help of this you can change the master code of your set
if you dont change the master code it may be 0000 or 1234 bydefault
hell there! I want u to try this small antidode get the key pad membrane cleaned which is under the key pad . coz some kind of carbon forms after a period of time or liquids to can cause this too.
lastly if no change change the key pad membrane .
Get a technician to do this for u
you could try to use the last 4 digets of you number or use anything that you might have put for your security code any password you might have used or numbers of anything you use regularly, im sorry if this doesnt work, i had the same problem to. also you could take it in and get it looked at if possible.
Usually the lock code is either "1111" "111" "000" or "0000" try those, and if those do not work, you will need to contact Nokia directly either by phone or e-mail. They will give you the unlock code!
