The Lexmark X7170 printer does not support wireless printing. It doesn't have a wireless network adapter to connect to your wireless network. If you want, you may contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for other printer options. You might find one that will suit your printing needs.

For setting the printer to ring to answer at 0, set it to pickup on the 1st ring. To turn off the distinctive ring, set the ring pattern to any. Hope this helps.
Most fax machines are set-up to pick up all calls. There isn't a way to know you are receiving a voice call until the fax picks up and doesn't hear the tracer signal that kills our human ears.
You could change the number of rings it takes the fax machine to pickup the call. If you set it to the max, you would have plenty of time to pick-up. this option is normally part of the settings on the machine itself.
The only other options are to unplug the fax when you aren't expecting to receive a message, or get a dedicated fax line. It depends on how much you use the fax.
