Question about Western Digital Scorpio WD800UE 80 GB Hard Drive
Hi, I have recently bought a new laptop and decided to give my old Acer Travelmate 240 notebook to a friend. I happily deleted all my old files off my C drive and then deleted my administrator profile.
The next time I turned my computer on it came up with the NTLDR missing message.
I'm guessing that I must have made a booboo and deleted something important but I don't know how to fix it. I have my old recovery disks but nothing happens!
If you had original xp cd, boot from cd then repair you system, otherwise use your recovery cd to give your friend a clear system.
