Are you unable to connect? The send and rcv lights should be blinking. Make sure that your link light is on and not blinking. Your link light is your connection to your ISP

Best to call up the cable company and go thru the phone prompts...you may just find that they're having trouble in your area...
They can also send a reset signal to your modem too.
Give em a call..

Receive, send, and activity lights are all blinking but online light is off

Power Cycle the modem if the 4 lights do not go solid you would want to contact your cable provider to ensure signal is being received properly to modem.

Modemwon't connect

Try restarting the modem several times. If that doesn't work, try leaving it plugged out for about 20 minutes and then plug in and try again. If all this doesn't work, you need to call the cable company and get them to resolve this.
