you will need to remove front panel 2 screws at bottom behind kickpanel removed with one screw next to filter cap one more screw behind soap draw ,then remove steel spring clamp holding door seal to outer cover push seal into drum so as not in your way pull down front panel it will then come towards you remove door lock connection and lift away fromt panel this will expose drum front there is another spring clamp on back edge of seal remove this and pull away seal reverse procedure to refit new one may need some detergent on back of seal to make refitting easier.
You can buy a new door seal.
It is a fairly tricky job to do it your self.
To get some one to fit it, I would expect you tp be paying around £70.00 to £90.00 depending on who you get, so get some quotes.
Hope this helps.
Hi. Check the doorseal by lifting the folded lip which faces toward the drum opening. Use a torch and carefully examine the doorseal. It may have a small hole which is hard to see at first.
If door seal is ok remove top of machine and check inlet valve. Turn power off and with your hand examine the inlet water valve. If it feels damp on the solenoid then it leaks from there and finds its way around to the front of the machine though the frame work. This leak happens due to to much water pressure at your laundry taps. If so install a pressure reducing valve before the water inlet hose and replace the water inlet valve in the machine as it is now faulty.

Do this go to Bosh.com and put in your model # and download your manuel to your machine and find out about your machine, but it sounds like you have a bad switch. it is fixing to go out on you. hope not but just in case call your rep in your area who sells your bosh parts and see how much to replace. at least you will have scamatics on machine and will know how to fix. if you need any help with this let me know. I will try to get the instructions on how to take switch off and replace if you have problem with it.
Remove the top of the machine(screws are at the back). Look down the side of the front door on the inside of the machine. You will see a metal wire band holding the rubber on. You usually only need a screwdriver to loosen the screw which holds it tight. Try it out and get back to me if you get problems good luck
