Question about Televison & Video
THE TV SHUT OFF WHILE I WAS WATCHING AND WONT POWER BACK ON. I'M WONDERING IF THERE ARE REPLACABLE FUSES INSIDE THE TV. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS! I have the same problem i was watching a video and put it on pause, left the room, when i came back the tv was off and i can't get it to turn on what did i do????????????? Hitachi50ux58b
You didn't do anything to cause this. The thing is that there are several possible causes for this problem. They include convergence circuit failures, power supply/regulator issues and deflection/high voltage malfunctions. The only way to determine the cause is to have an hitachi authorized servicer out to diagnose this. Be aware that the repair costs could be $300-$600 depending on which circuit is causing the failure.
It might be time for a flat panel LCD!
