mabee if you have a card,your phone memory is close to full

i would contact your service provider. this is a network issue and not your phone.

You have to move all the stuff from internal memory onto external memory and this will then work for you. And should no longer say it is full. Follow >>

menu> my stuff> sounds OR images> click the sound OR images you want to move over by clicking option> file> move to external

for deleting the messages Push play and then erase for each message.

it can be, that your phone needs software. after the software flash, the problem can be resolved.

you can try this to: give your phone this code: *2767*3855# this will give your phone a full reset. after the full reset. your phone will be shutting down and then starts up again. after the phone is fully started and the problem is not resolved, you need to go to your local shop where that you buyed this phone.

after a full reset, the phone is back at his factory settings.

Maybe the phone memory is full, please delete files on the recycle bin. or connect the phone to the pc and run disk cleaner or empty the recycled bin.

Unfortunatly you have to call your cell carrier to RTN your phone which will erase everything in your phone. You may try to go to a store to get a software update.
FYI. I worked for Sprint for 3 years.

try erasin txt messages too or anything else u dont care bout. try anything that can erase or if u can get a memory card

are you useing a memory card? the internal memory isnt that big. try eracing some pictures contacts ect
