Most of those types of units are not belt driven. that are direct drive, and some even have just one double-shaft motor which drives both the evaporator and condenser fans

SOURCE: Carrier Desert Master AC trips the fuse

1- check the fuse must support the current of the unit not less than (rla of the unit)
2- check freon pressure may below or toohigh causes compressor winding over heating
3- check fan motor winding

Make and model of unit should be on base of roof assy, please reply with that so we can be sure we have right wiring info for you. Although they are pretty common, let's be sure.

Have fan start capacitor checked/replaced by licensed tech, or electrician as they are very dangerous to work with if not experienced and can give a very high voltage shock, that could be fatal. They basically store and increase voltage to higher range for start up of fan and compressor.

I have a 1994 Carri-Lite 633RKS camper with electrical problems

The clicking your hearing from the AC is probably just the 12 volt side of the circuit to run the AC, but it does indicate that the controls/thermostat is doing it's job, but doesn't sound like hydro is getting to AC as well as microwave. I can't imagine those being on the same circuit as far as breaker panel goes, but who knows what might have been done before you got it, unless bought new. Do you by any chance own a plug in circuit/receptacle tester, or anything like that to test for power? In the meantime, make sure AC is in off mode, then go to breaker panel & push breakers for microwave & AC, all the way off hard, then try to reset it & tell me what happens.

Furnace won't turn on, off, with or without remote

We hotwired the thermostat wires and the furnace started. That told us that the problem was with the thermostat. We took our remote control to another camper like ours and our remote worked their furnace. That told us that the problem was in the ceiling control for the furnace/ac. But the man who owned the other camper told us that he had a problem, too, and was told to unplug all the electric including the battery, wait 2 minutes, and hook up again. This might reprogram the circuitboard, and voila! It worked.
