I guessing you need the network driver. You must download via another computer / phone and copy over with a USB drive or burned CD.

My Lenovo mouse won't work. It connects and registers but won't move? Is there any help?

Hello,

Try booting to safe mode and check if your mouse works inside safe mode.

Restart the computer and tap F8 until you see the options to boot to safe mode. Use the arrow keys to highlight either safe mode or safe mode with networking. Hit enter.

Once you are inside safe mode, check if your mouse works. If it works, then you just need to update the mouse driver. You can use RadarSync to search and install the update into your computer. You better use Safe Mode with Networking because RadarSync needs the internet or even the manual updating process needs an internet connection.

I hope this helps!

I have an Acer 5520, using Empowerment Technology, running on windows vista, it can connect to my sky broadband, but then the broad won't connect on to the internet.

the obvious is restart the laptop, but alternatively what you can do is try and find an updated driver. to find out what driver you currently have and who makes it right click my computer and go to manage, then click device manager.

the driver your looking for should be under networking it should have something like "WLAN" the other should have "LAN" once you've found out who makes it go to their website download the latest driver and install test again.

My vga port doesn't work right

Your VGA connector has a broken solder joint on the video board or the mother board. This isn't an easy fix.

Suggest you look for a VGA to USB dongle or adapter instead. Install the driver, and you should be good to go. You'll just have to take your dongle along whenever you need a VGA connection.

Hello, I am trying to install my d-link 125 usb adapter. I had to download the windows 7 driver from the d-link website, and now I am trying to install it to my computer. When I try to run the driver...

Use the following steps to let Windows do the installation for you.

Step 1: Use an Ethernet cable and plug your computer directly to your Internet gateway. Make sure Internet is accessible.

Step 2: Place your new adapter in the proper slot or port.

Step 3: With your computer running, a bubble message will appear stating that this device was not installed successfully. Left click on the message.
But if the message no longer appears, skip to Device Manager Installation.
Step 4: On driver installation failure, you can change the setting to use Windows Update by clicking Change setting...
Step 5: Chose to allow Windows to update your driver when it is not found on you computer.
Step 6: Once the driver installs successfully, close the window.

Step 7: Click/Right Click on the Network Icon located on the system tray to View the Available Wireless Networks. Find your personal Network and double click to connect. It should request for a wireless key, which by now should have been set up.

My computer won't connect to the internet wired or wireless. What is wrong, what can I do to fix this?

Hi.

First of all restart your PC. While the PC is restarting go to the modem and router and remove power from them for 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
Wait for around 1 minute for the router and modem to reconnect then go back to the PC and try to connect to the internet.

Please let me know how you get on.

Good luck.
