1. Press volume up on the remote control. 2. Press the MUTE button on the remote to ensure mute is off.
3. Check the audio connections of external devices (Blu-ray player, game console, cable/satellite box) that are connected to the TV.
4.If you are using an antenna, the signal strength of the channel may be low. Ensure your antenna is connected securely to the TV and move the antenna around the room or close to a window for the best signal.
If you tried the above and still have sound problems, use your menu and check the audio settings to make sure they a right. You may have to reset the audio.

Still no solution, factory reset did not help, still not getting any internal sound from either Netflix or Amazon Prime
Are you getting sound at all from the TV?
No sound at all, was watching wonderpets with my kids and I walked into next room and all of a sudden no more sound being heard.
Do you have any external devices hooked to the TV that re-routes the sound? In other words, do you have a stereo player or some kind of equipment connected to it that you were using to amplify the sound?
None at the present, we were jsut watching wonder pets through the internal TV speakers till I have time to hook up the rest of my gear to the TV
If you don't get any sound no matter what channel you turn to, this means the sound amplifier in your set blew. It can't be the speakers, as it is very rare for two speakers to blow at the same time. However, I would suggest connecting two external speakers to the TV to test anyway. Can you do that, then reply back with your results?
