Question about Canon PIXMA iP3000 InkJet Photo Printer
I have a cannon ip 3000 i have installed a new ink cartridge but the printer is still not printing. The printer seems to feed the paper through properly but when the paper comes out there is nothing printed on the paper.
Any help would be great.
Find the maintance section of your print driver display ( far right of the display ) should see a maintance tab.
do a cleaning cycle or a deep cleaning cycle and see what happens. it should start printing.
if necessary make up a solid single color block on a windows word doc using the squares make them no line perimiters and do a black blue red and yellow about 1/2 inch tall and 7 inches wide
as a test pattern. the color that doesnt print is clogged
in the future try not to let the inks run completly dry before they are replaced.
if that doesn't help use isoprople alcohol 91proof on a cotton swab or clean cloth and let the print head soak in it for 5 minutes and try again.
