ML370 standard Power Supply

Hi everybody
I've got a Power Supply from a dismissde Compaq ML370. It's a huge box
that looks like an ATX PS but it's not.
It's P/N is 480082-001, and I'd like to convert it to an ATX PS.
I have to know hot ot supply the Power_OK and Power_good signals so I
can rewire the unit 20pin ATX connector.
Does anybody have such information?
