My husqvarna 455 rancher has a rubber plug in the oil hole is that suppose to be there for shipping or do i take it out
OK I looked at the owners manual for your saw and it makes no mention of this plug that I could see. Is the plug just pushed into the hole or is it threaded? Also did you receive another plug that would fit? I would look in your owners manual for specific directions because some of the ones I saw were shipped complete and some were some assembly required. Let me know if you can't find anything and I will try a couple other sources. Good Luck
