Question about VeriFone OMNI 3200 (P092-101-10) Printer
I WANTED TO PRINT ANOTHER COPY OF THE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION FOR A CUSTOMER WHO REQUESTED IT LATER ON...(ORIGINAL CUSTOMER COPY HAD LONG BEEN GONE) BUT WHEN PUSH REPRINT...ANY RECEIPT....(PUT IN INVOICE #) MACHINE SAYS "INVALID INVOICE #. COULD IT BE BECAUSE AFTER TRANSACTIONS ARE SETTLED FOR THE DAY, YOU CAN NOT GO BACK AND GET A DUPLICATE COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE?
