Connection Failed

Connect an ethernet cable between the modem and the bottom port on the router.

Do you have a copy of the manual, and the software CD that came with the router?

Connect an ethernet cable from the laptop, to one of the top 4 ports on the router.

If you have a copy off the CD, then follow the instructions for running the software. If not, then go to the Belkin website and download the manual, and you can manually set-up the router. I will also try to upload the manual here after I submit this comment.
