Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
I was installing the ez rip update and the software on the MP3 player deleted itself. The player does not turn on. The computer does not recognize the hardware. I have tried to reboot it and nothing. I have written numerous emails to the company for technical support and they don't help to resolve the issue. Now I have an MP3 player that is completely dead with no software installed in it, and I need to know what to do to fix it.
