IPAQ (H3635) will not connect to NT

It sounds like my problem, I'm using NT4 (sp6), a serial cradle and
Active Sync 3.5. Also I installed the Fix for First Time Serial
Connection . Still my H3635 only connects once. When the iPaq is
mounted again there's some action with the sounds but it disconnects
within a couple of seconds. To Re-sync the H3635 I have to reboot my
system completely. I also found a util on the net called ASREBOOT.EXE,
but that won't solve the problem either.
