Hi there!

I suggest that you first try to reformat your memory card thru your pc or laptop. Or from your phone itself.

Dear Friend,

This is a very common issue and can be fixed very easily. Download all those songs into the defaul music folders or else change your memory settings.ie play music from memory card instead of main memory.

This should work

My music player dos not recognise mp3 songs in memory card and in phone memory it shows no music files found but there is music files

You must move the music files to the appropriate folder on your micro card. move all the music to the "sounds" file. Your phone is not set up to read the entire card, just the folder associated with the application being used. If this doesn't work out, then copy the entire card to your desktop and format the card while inside your phone from your phones menu. Now insert the card and select, open to view files. you can now locate the appropriate file and paste the songs you would like to have on your mobile device.

Remember to spend the 15 secs it takes to click-through the folders in your microSD when you first connect it to your computer by selecting "View Files IN Folder". This will make it easier for you to see where to place the files. And if you have a song that DOES play, you can search the card for its file name and simply move the files to that same folder.

I downloaded my music files to the micro sd and went into my music and it had no content exists. music is on the micro sd though can you help me step by step

Access your card from your computer and take note of the files.......your cell phone creates different folders for different menu options.
The folder should be music, but depending on your carrier could be labeled as sounds.....all files should be moved to this specific folder....so 1: access the media card 2: mover the media contents to the appropriate folder 3: your ready to go :)
another option is the copy the entire contents of the card to a folder on your desktop and format the card from the settings menu in your phone..............now you can look through the folders that the device creates to determine the one used for music......

geeeze.....hope i didnt lose you there

MicroSD does not contain supported music files

1. Install the sd into the phone.
2. Go to Menu > Settings > USB > Mass Storage
3. Connect the MotoVE240 to your PC via USB
4. Under My Computer open drive (E:).
5. Find the folder that has your music in it. Example: My compter made a folder called Music.
6. Drag music from that folder to the my_music folder. (the phone will only read music that is in this folder.)
7. remove your phone from the usb
8. press the music note on your phone and enjoy your music

My cect i9 phone won't read the sd card

THIS WILL MAKE YOU LOOSE ALL FILES!!!
(even password)
Take the memorycard out of the phone and,
put it in a computer.Use filesystem FAT-32
to reformat your memorycard.
Now the card will work again!
No password, No files will be left after a
complete reformat

Downloading music to my mp3 player.

I had this very same problem with my LG mobile. it seems LG hate music transfers well actually anything to do with memory cards. to get your music to play on your phone 1# connect your phone to your pc using the cable 2# open up my computer and open up your phone folder. there may be 2 bu try each one and you will see which one is your memory card 3# choose your music and copy and paste it into the memory card folder in the music folder. if its not put in the music folder your phone wont bother tryng to read it from off your card. one other thing you may find is that when you try and safely remove your phone through the proper way it may come up saying that it is still being used by a program. this always comes up weather it is or not, best thing to do is make sure it isnt and disconnect the usb end of the cable. aswell as music the same goes for pictures and movies, just copy and paste into correct folder

I have nokia 3110c my music player is not open and play the songs . can please tell me how to rectify the problem and pls tell me how to format my phone

Hi...

This issue occurs if the Files were in Read Only mode.

Please connect the Memory card to computer through data cabled or Memory Card Reader.

Select Music Files Folder Right click on it and Uncheck Hidden and Read Only then select Archive. Click on Apply and OK.

Now insert Memory Card then try to play if your issue should resolve.

Please answer below if this issue still persists.
Music file type either MP3 or any and its size.

Best Regards,

Suraj.
