I suggest that you should contact your Network Service Provider to provide you manually the GPRS settings or over-the-air settings. So that could get an accurate settings and you can enjoy using this services.

Hi, You can unlock your HTC TILT safer and easier using unique unlock code. You can get the unique unlock code for your HTC TILT mobile from www.unlocking4u.com/htc-tilt/rs16wp9/ at low cost with easy unlocking instructions. All the best mate.
you need to do a full software replacement ...... www.htc.com download the rom ..remove sim card and Micro sd if you have one ...connect to active sync and click on the file you downloaded then just follow the instructions
Make a free call your providor Airtel's Support helpline from your mobile and ask them to send the GPRS settings directly to your HTC P3300 You may have to just click on Save option when you receive the settings and restart your mobile. After that it should work fine.
After browsing a lot of sites and experimenting with the settings finally I was able to configure my HTC P3400i with Vodafone Live support without any help from the Vodafone customer care (who were very bad and rude when I called them for getting the setting). The settings is working fine for me in Bangalore. Hope this helps all who bought this phone and struggling for getting the GPRS setting for HTC P3400i.
