Question about Compaq Presario 700 470024-192 Notebook
I have Compaq presario, C797 VU, the sound is coming, but microphone does not work.
I have the warranty, but i lost the bill.
I understand that you lost the bill of your Notebook and you want to send the Notebook for repair (Microphone issue) which is under warranty.
Rishab, according to me you do not require the bill, just the Serial and Product Numbers are enough to find out that your Notebook is under warranty or not and also for sending it for repair.
