From the desktop click on start then click on control panel . Once it opens , you should see an icon which resembles a camera or whatever selection is available for your web cam . Double click on your left mouse button after you highlight it and you should be able to open the program which controls the web can . From there , you can set up the device and also create a shortcut to put on your desktop so you can access it easier Next time .
That model should have an integrated webcam. You should be able to access the cam by clicking your start button, then go to the control panel and look for devices. The camera should be listed as one of your devices, double click the camera.
