I had to reset my Toshiba e330 back to factory settings after a crash.
I restored my backup from a few days ago and it went smooth.
However, now I have duplicates of some of my start menu icons, such as File Explorer, Inbox, and Media Player. When I try to remove them I get the error, "Unable to move that item".
The default backup does this but Sprite Software Pocket Backup does not. They have fixed this in their software so that you get the start/program menus as they were before.
It does a lot more then that and is about 50% faster and smaller then the default backup app.

Hi Kuma,
IMO, it might be just a duplicated shortcuts. You could found the shortcuts under the folder: My Device\Windows\Start Menu\Programs. When you found your duplicated shortcuts there, you could delete the duplicates.
Good luck.
