Nec mobilepro p300

There is no mention of a serial cable on their website. If you want to use
it for GPS or other serial device may be a problem. Also no 12vDC adaptor.

They may change the specs by shipping and come with 64Mb. I fancy the NEC
due to CF and SD built in.

yeah thats my only hold up about the 32MB of ram although they do include
a 32mb SD card to use as storage or to install programs. but still,
i would think anyone making pocketpc's these days should be at minimum
64MB ram to compete with IPAQ. so then you can use the SD slot for other
purposes, especially when they start coming out with useable SD devices
such as modems, network cards...etc...

does the toshiba genio e550 also only come with 32MB of ram? i thought
i read that somewhere.
