After installing Outlook 2002 and ActiveSync, when
conneting it tells me there are no profiles set up and
that my PIM is not working. After going into the mail icon
under the control panel, setting up a profile, I keep
getting the same message.
I have already returned a Toshiba E405 and had the similar
problem with it too. I worked with Toshiba's tech service
and they told me this is a Microsoft Outlook 2002 problem,
not the PDA.
Any adivse?

Try running Help - work, try renaming all instances of mapi.dll and mapi32.dll on your
computer, then open Outlook and say "Yes" if it asks you if you want
to repair the problem. You may have to reboot after this step.
