You computer is infected with potent antivirus, Please try boot your system in safemode with network connection so that you can connect to internet. online scan using the panda online scan (go to panda website). if this not resolve then its better to back up the important files and then you need to format and reinstall the operating system. documentation is here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316941
