Question about Dell (97DMF) Plug-In Module 24x CD-ROM Drive
I have a Dell Laptop model number TS30H. I cannot get the options bay open to install the CD rom into it. Is there a button to open this or what is the solution?
On the front of the drive there should be a button. It is tiny. That is the 1st way to open it. 2nd if you do not have luck with that try looking for a small hole in the front of the drive. By inserting a paperclip or small precision screwdiver(like what you would find in an eye glass repair kit) gently insert it into the hole and it will eject the door.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
