Question about LG Shine CU720 Cellular Phone

Don't try to enter a PUK code without knowing the right one. You need to call your service provider to get this code. It can be as many as 8 digits, and it is random. If you enter too many wrong codes, you can permanently damage the device.

PUK code is because of the sim card. if there is no sim card in the phone it will ask for PUK code or if there is one, than it's normally your last digits of phone number, or social security number by default. i would also try zeros and ones. it's usually result of someone who lost there phone and shut it off so noone can use it. but in this case it seems harmless. Let me know
GoodLuck. it also depends on your service provider. call customer care with whoever you have this with.
