Go to your contacts management in your phone . Hope this helps!
Contacts Management Menu 8.5 This menu allows you to copy all of the information from your SIM card, e.g. name, handset number, etc. to your handset. If a name is duplicated during the copying operation, the information is also duplicated. You can copy the entry from the SIM card to the phone memory. You can copy the entry from the handset memory to the SIM card (not all the data will be copied). You can delete all entries in the SIM card or the Handset. Press the [END] key to return to standby mode. Service
I do tech support for BlackBerrys and I get this question a lot. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to copy contacts from a BlackBerry to the SIM card. If you're looking to make a backup copy of your contacts, it will be far easier to do it using the Backup and Restore function of the Desktop Manager program to copy the contacts to your computer. You can also synchronize them with Microsoft Outlook or even with your Yahoo! email account's address book and that, too, will probably be easier than copying them to your SIM card.
But if you're bound and determined to get the contacts on your SIM card, sadly the only way to do it is one contact at a time. Open up your address book and highlight an entry by scrolling on top of it. Press the menu key (the one with all the dots on it to the left of the trackball) and choose "view". From there, press the menu key again and scroll up to the option called "copy to SIM phone book." Click on that and it will copy that one entry to your SIM card. You'll need to repeat those instructions for every contact that you want on your SIM card.
It's definitely a hassle, but that's the only way it can be done. It's weird, too, cause you can copy all the entries at once from your SIM card to the BlackBerry, but not the other way around. Anyway, I hope this helps. Best of luck!

How Do I Copy Contacts From My SGH-d807 Phone To The SIM Card?
To copy an address book contact to the SIM card follow the steps below:
While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu Select Address Book (8) Select Contact List (1) Select the desired contact entry, stored in your phone's memory, using the navigation keys Press the left soft key for Options Select View (1) Select one of the contact phone numbers, using the navigation keys Press the left soft key for Options Select Copy (3) Select SIM (2) Press the left soft key to Save the single contact phone number to the SIM card
Note: Each phone number for a contact must be individually saved to the SIM card
PS-Not sure about updating/replacing entries though, which is what you may have been asking about
1. From the standby screen (the first screen when you open your phone), go to the menu. 2. Scroll to the address book and press select. 3. Scroll to the address you wish to copy (or any address if you want to copy all of them) and press the menu key. 4. Go down to copy and press select.
5. Select "Entries" to copy just that one entry or "All to SIM" if you
want to copy all your addresses to your SIM card, or "All to Phone" if
you want to copy them all to your phone. 6. Select Merge or
Override. Merge will combine any addresses that are already on your
card with the ones you are now copying, Override will replace anything
that is already there with the ones you are now copying. Be careful in
deciding which you want to do since Override will delete anything
previously saved and merge will duplicate any that were already saved
and are being saved again.
Hello Natalie im glad to say I have a solution for you now follow the steps I give to you and in a moments time you will have all your contacts off your sim card and into your motorola. OK here we go, while your phone is in idle mode go to contacts then push the options button located in the middle of the black surrounding navigation buttons located on your keypad then scroll down to copy, now at this moment your contacts should be in your sim card. After entering the highlighted copy to options will open choose the one that says "all to phone" and that should solve your problem. If not choose the "enties" options in copy press change with "entries:...." highlighted add everyone else in your sim card and press done then your problem will now be fixed. hope I really helped bye!
If you have phone numbers stored on the SIM card, copy them to Contacts. Entries that are saved ONLY on the SIM card are not shown in the contacts directory. So for incoming calls and msgs, the phone cannot match the number to the name.
To copy individual names and numbers from a SIM card to your phone contacts:
Menu/Contacts/Options/SIM contacts/Sim directory. Select the names you want to copy and: Options/Copy to contacts.
