If you are a technical person, remove the keyboard assembly. Remove the backing plate. Remove the membrane. Separate the membrane carefully. Clean the carbon pads on the zero contacts or repair if damaged. If not, take to a dealer
I think you mean an XE-A101. Try turning the key to REG mode, take one battery out, turn off at wall for 10 minutes, turn on at wall. Put battery back in. NOTE you will lose any sales in the machine.
If this doesn't work, then it is usually a keyboard or printer problem.
