Your keypad or control panel are malfunctioning. A bad keypad may be worn out due to age, damaged, or it may have gotten wet or otherwise contaminated. Moisture and contamination can be caused by not using the fan when boiling on the stove top, spraying of cleaners, by storing the microwave in an unheated garage or shed, or infestation. I warn my customers to never spray cleaner directly onto the microwave keypad, since the liquid can get inside and "lock up" or even ruin the keypad or controller. Apply an alcohol-based cleaner (such as the purple kind) to a cloth (since paper towels can scratch) and gently wipe it off. I suggest to my customers that they NEVER use any ammonia-based cleaner (like the blue stuff) on a microwave, since the ammonia will crack and distort polycarbonate plastics. You can order replacement parts here: http://www.samsungparts.com/search/search.asp If you or a friend decide to work on it, we have *critical* safety & disassembly, info at our site, which is linked at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk

E41 and does not work

If your microwave is displaying an error code cycle the power to the microwave by either unplugging the unit, or cycling the circuit breaker.

If the above suggestion does not work, and the error code returns, your microwave will require service.

We are using MW1080STA 1100w model in our lab. Can i adjust the the temperature(not power) in that according to my use like 40oc, 100oc 60oc. Please reply me urgent

The best method would be to use a food thermometer to measure the temperature of the food, and change the cooking time to get to the correct temperature.

I have samsung 1850w CM1929 Microwave it shows e41 and does not work.

if you have not plugged out the microwave...then do so now.the trick is that when you plug out the microwave it will reset the microchip.after you have plugged it out ....then you plug it back in after about an hour.if that does not work then it is time to look for a tech to repair your microwave.the problem is that the diode or the cap is bad.

This is due to a defective or loose magnetron causing electrical interference and disruption in the control circuit board.

If your magnetron was recently replaced, it may have loose mounting nuts or bolts or maybe the wire mesh RF gasket was not installed or got pinched.

It may also need a new high-voltage diode and stirrer, and the cavity may be affected.

If you or someone you know decide to look into it, we have critical information on safety, disassembly and door switches at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa.

If it's within the magnetron portion of the warranty (usually 5-9 years) but out of the original full warranty (usually 1 year), then your manufacturer will cover the part cost, but not the cost to visit you or the labor charge to do the work.

You can order Samsung parts here.

You can find your nearest Samsung-authorized service center here.

MY MICROWAVE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING

I couldn't find those exact trouble codes, but a common problem is when the controller gets damp, either from steam rising from the cooktop or someone spraying cleaner directly on the keypad. Cleaners should always be sprayed on a soft cloth, then wipe the keypad with the cloth. Also, GE / Samsung codes of F1, F2 and F3 may be the same since Samsung makes GE microwaves. Those would mean trouble with the temperature sensor, keypad, or control panel. Assuming your control panel is clean and dry, it may be time to call for service.
