Booting problen

first off does it come up with any error messages like no MBR found or no HDD found

if so install Knoppix cd or dvd version to a disk or a usb.
if you are unsure how to install knoppix to disk download universal usb installer and select the knoppix iso image.

once you've done that go into the bios and change the first boot device to either the CD/DVD or USB if it boots from either than your PC is fine you will need to reinstall the OS or replace HDD.

if you can see HDD in knoppix there is no reason to Replace HDD

if you cant boot to either of these try taking one stick of ram out and swap them between dimm slots

Hung my computer everytime I open files in my computer document

This could be due to many things.
1 main thing if your copy of windows is not legal then Media player will NOT install proper and will cause problems.
However if your windows is legit then insert your windows disk and do a recovery to last date it worked and try installing it again but DO that alone don't run any other application while install is taking place.

I just updated my g1 and now its hung up on the loading screen after reboot.

Clean your system.
1. Click Tools on top right hand if of our computer. On drop down menu, click internet options. On pop up screen, click delete. This will delete history. When scrolling on bar stops, click OK at bottom of box.
2. Defragment your system. Keep defragging until you see that the defragmenting process only takes second to complete.
3. Run disk Clean.
These are daily actions to keep your system fromgeting hung up on all the "gunk" we work on and view daily.
Your system will run faster and your downloads quicker.

My computer is very sloly

check ur ram, increase ram to get a fairly good speed. remove unnecessay programs and files from ur system. check which antivirus u are using, Some anti virus result in decreasing the system speed. Unable the antivirus and check the speed. If nothing helps, format and reinstall ur operating system. Install only necessay files.

Hardware problem

you have either got a faulty hard drive if it stops just after the initial setup files installation, or your processor or motherboard is faulty if it just stops before you even get to the file install stage, but it is a process of illimination i'm afraid.
